This coming Wednesday, I'll be giving an "Brown Bag" luncheon presentation at the College of Southern Idaho to introduce a whole new series and approach to providing training to Small Businesses in South Central Idaho.
It's going to be a little tricky in that I just trying to tease them into signing up for some of the courses that I am developing for the SBDC.
I'm not going to be talking about website at all. I'm going to knowingly run under the false assumption that everyone has a website.
I am going to mention the "4 Things" I look at when I review someone's web presence:
1.) Is there a strong "call to action" on the landing page?
2.) Is there a clean message?
3.) Is there a reason for visitors to "stick around?"
4.) Does it integrate social media into the marketing mix?
The one thing I want people to come away with is that Social Media isn't just important, it is the direction that everything is headed. Even the company website and landing page will become social media.
